  • Just cover the shipping cost, and we’ll handle the rest with love and care. Because owning a piece from PIL means more than a purchase, it’s a lasting relationship.

Our Policy
If it's not perfect, we will make it right. Your peace of mind matters

  • At PIL, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive an item that arrives with a loose stone or the wrong size due to our mistake, we offer complimentary services including free resizing, free stone replacement, or an option to exchange for another item at no cost to you.

  • If the issue occurred due to customer error (for example, selecting the wrong size or causing a stone to become loose after receipt), a restocking fee will apply in accordance with our Value Retention Based on Ownership policy.

  • If you want to initiate an exchange and it’s within 10 days of receiving your order, the item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging, tags, and certification intact.

  • ​If any of these requirements are not met, a restocking fee will be applied in accordance with the Value Retention Based on Ownership section of the PIL Restart Program page. 

  • To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that customers provide clear video evidence of the issue (such as a loose stone or incorrect size) before sending the item back. 

  • Returns requested after 10 days will incur a restocking fee, which will amount to the same as the Value Retention Based on Ownership Period section on the PIL Restart Program page.
