  • Lifetime Cleaning & Refresh Service: Enjoy unlimited professional cleaning and polishing to keep your jewelry shining like new, for life.

  • Just cover the shipping cost, and we’ll handle the rest with love and care. Because owning a piece from PIL means more than a purchase, it’s a lasting relationship.

Our Policy

If it's not perfect, we will make it right. Your peace of mind matters

  • At PIL, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive an item that arrives with a loose stone or the wrong size based on your confirmed order, we offer complimentary services including free resizing, free stone replacement, or the option to exchange for another item. If these solutions do not meet your needs, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us and initiate the return within 10 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging, tags and certification intact.

  • To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that customers provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue (such as a loose stone or incorrect size) before sending the item back. 

  • Returns requested after 10 days will incur a restocking fee, which will amount to 10% of the item's value, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size if it was confirmed correctly in the order.

  • Your satisfaction is deeply important to us — and we are committed to making things right when mistakes happen.
